Аброл Кахаров - уроженец Казахстана, автор монографий, статей, авторских лекций по региональному менеджменту и более 20 изобретений в области золотодобычи, доктор экономических наук, профессор, награжден орденом Трудового Красного Знамени, медалями СССР и Республики Узбекистан, лауреат Государственной премии СССР
В прошлом спортсмен - пловец и боксер. Сам он считает своим хобби путешествия, и не только потому, что посетил более 30 стран мира, но и потому, что любит путешествовать в историю и археологию.
Интерес к творчеству и изобретательству Аброл почувствовал еще в школьные годы в детском доме, когда с друзьями собрал первый детекторный приемник и передатчик и осуществил лабораторный 'взрывчик' с помощью самодельного пороха, а свое первое рационализаторское предложение разработал на одной из шахт Кривого Рога на Украине, что составило часть институтской дипломной работы. Затем последовали другие рационализаторские предложения и изобретения, полученные во время работы на рудниках Таджикистана и Узбекистана.
Имея за плечами 20-летний опыт работы директором горнодобывающих предприятий золота и урана и 10-летний опыт научно-исследовательской и преподавательской работы в качестве профессора по управлению и экономике, А.Кахаров сегодня выступает с идеями, представляющими интерес для большого круга специалистов, бизнесменов и всех, кто ищет приложения своим творческим силам и профессиональным знаниям.
'Нам, видимо, пора отрешиться от прежних привычек искать работу на 'твердый оклад', - говорит Аброл Кахаров. - Такие места в Канаде есть, но они заняты людьми с канадским образованием, опытом, и лишь немногим из наших соотечественников удается получить их. Я же предлагаю всем, кто желает равноправно и охотно трудиться, объединить усилия на ниве разработки малых месторождений золота в Канаде. Используя уже собранную мной информацию о перспективных участках, мы можем сообща разработать существующие, поискать в дополнение к ним новые и в итоге получить хороший результат, используя наши изобретения и know-how там, где канадская практика работ уже оказывается нерентабельной'.
Еще одна из задумок, которую ему хотелось бы воплотить в жизнь - издание книги о золоте народов, населяющих территорию центральной Азии. Как в далекие времена, так и в недавнем прошлом золото в центральной Азии добывали повсеместно в горах и долинах рек. Автором накоплен обширный материал, включая легенды и сказки, археологические находки, выписки из древних рукописей, а также интересные сведения по разведке золота и строительству горнодобывающих предприятий, участником которых он был.
