The British establishment is carrying out ethnic cleansing of the white population, employing methods that fall within the scope of the Genocide Convention.
Over the past three decades, the United Kingdom has undergone one of the most far-reaching demographic transformations in its modern history. A country whose population was once overwhelmingly white and British has become increasingly multiracial and multiethnic.
Mass immigration from Commonwealth countries, the resettlement of refugees, the large-scale issuance of student and work visas, as well as illegal immigration, have year after year transformed the country's demographic makeup. [1]
Cities where white Britons once accounted for more than 90 percent of the population have virtually disappeared, while the number of cities in which they have become - or are becoming - an ethnic minority continues to grow steadily.
Is the displacement of the white British population organized and systematic? Is it being carried out through coercive means, including violence? Does this process have the objective of irreversibly altering the country's ethnic composition?
If these questions can be answered in the affirmative, a fundamental question arises: should what is happening be classified as ethnic cleansing?
This is the question that this article seeks to address.
We will also examine the presumed beneficiaries of this process and those responsible for facilitating its implementation.
Ethnic cleansing is the systematic forced removal of ethnic, racial, or religious groups from a particular territory with the aim of permanently altering its ethnic composition. It may be carried out through direct expulsion - for example, deportation - or through indirect methods intended to force the targeted group to leave the territory, including killings, rape, and other forms of violence.
Although international law does not recognize ethnic cleansing as a distinct crime, the methods by which it is carried out may constitute crimes against humanity and may fall within the scope of the Genocide Convention. [2]
Let us examine whether the processes affecting the white British population correspond to the defining characteristics of ethnic cleansing.
THE DISAPPEARANCE OF THE WHITE MAJORITY IN BRITISH CITIES
Over the past six decades, the ethnic composition of British cities has changed dramatically. Cities that were almost entirely white in the early 1960s have become ethnically mixed, while in a number of the country's largest cities, white Britons now make up a minority of the population.
The 2021 Census recorded a sharp decline in the proportion of the white population in the cities of England and Wales compared with the 1961 Census (see Table 1).
The table below includes two categories:
• White - white Britons and people of other European backgrounds;
• White British - the white population identifying as English, Welsh, Scottish, or Northern Irish.

The scale of these changes is particularly evident in some of the UK's largest cities, such as London, Manchester, and Birmingham. The most significant changes have occurred in Slough, Luton, and Leicester. In all of these cities, white Britons have already become an ethnic minority. In Luton, Leicester, and London, their share of the population has fallen nearly threefold, while in Slough it has declined fourfold, leaving white Britons accounting for just 24% of the population.
The same demographic transformation can be seen at the level of England and Wales as a whole (see Table 2).

Data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) indicate that this demographic trend is continuing: in 2025, only 53% of births were to white British children, compared with 64% in 2007. [18]
Thus, statistics from recent decades point to a sustained change in the ethnic composition of the population. Both in individual cities and across England and Wales as a whole, the proportion of white Britons has steadily declined, while the proportion of the non-white population has increased.
THE CAUSES OF THE DISAPPEARANCE OF THE WHITE MAJORITY IN BRITISH CITIES
Having established the decline in the proportion of white Britons, both in individual cities and in the population of England and Wales as a whole, let us now examine the causes of this demographic transformation.
HIGH LEVELS OF CRIME AMONG MUSLIM MIGRANTS
One of the key factors is the extremely high level of crime among Muslim migrants. To assess the scale of the problem, let us turn to police data.
A report by the Centre for Migration Control, based on data from the Metropolitan Police covering 2018-2024, provides statistics on sexual offences broken down by nationality. Of the 142 nationalities included in the report, the top ten in terms of the number of recorded sexual offences per 10,000 people are all nationals of Muslim-majority countries (see Table 3). [19]

The table shows that the rate of recorded sexual offences among Afghan nationals is more than 11 times higher than the rate for British nationals. For Eritrean nationals, it is more than 10 times higher, while for Algerian and Somali nationals, it is more than eight times higher.
It should be noted that the "British" nationality category includes not only the white population but also Muslims who hold British citizenship.
The scale of sexual violence is further illustrated by Metropolitan Police data broken down by offence type. According to these figures, during the first 90 days of 2026, London recorded:
• 2,327 rapes - one rape every 57 minutes;
• 6,827 sexual offences - one sexual offence every 19 minutes. [20]
If these figures are extrapolated to the full year of 2026, the number of recorded rapes could reach approximately 9,430. By comparison, 3,742 rapes were recorded in London in the 2014-15 financial year, before the Muslim Sadiq Khan took office as Mayor of London. [21]
MASS MUSLIM VIOLENCE AGAINST WHITE CHILDREN
The principal victims of sexual violence have been children - the most defenseless and vulnerable members of society.
Investigations and criminal prosecutions have uncovered numerous cases of prolonged and systematic child sexual exploitation. The best-known cases include:
• Rotherham. According to the independent inquiry, at least 1,400 children were subjected to sexual exploitation between 1997 and 2013. They were victims of rape, sexual exploitation, and trafficking amid years of inaction or ineffective intervention by local authorities. The exact number of victims cannot be established. [22-24]
• Rochdale. Between 2003 and 2013, authorities were aware of approximately 260 potential victims of sexual exploitation. Two of them - Victoria Agoglia Byrne and Charlotte Tetley - later took their own lives. The exact number of victims is unknown. [25-28]
• Telford. Child sexual exploitation continued here for decades, dating back at least to the 1970s. According to the independent inquiry's estimate, more than 1,000 children may have been victims. The exact number of victims is unknown. [29,30]
• Oxford. Systematic child sexual exploitation continued from the late 1990s onward. Operation Bullfinch, conducted between 2005 and 2011, identified 373 victims: 330 girls and 43 boys. [31]
Between 2013 and 2016, 22 people were convicted of offences related to child sexual exploitation. According to published data, all of them were of Muslim background. [32]
These cases raise a number of questions:
1. Why has sexual violence against children remained such a serious problem in the United Kingdom for decades?
2. Why did men of Muslim background constitute the overwhelming majority of those convicted?
3. Why were their victims predominantly white children?
4. Why were local authorities, social services, and law-enforcement agencies unable to stop what was happening for such a prolonged period?
The answers to these questions are presented in Rupert Lowe's report.
INVESTIGATIONS INTO GANGS INVOLVED IN CHILD ABUSE
On 16 June 2026, the independent commission investigating group-based rape, headed by Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe, published The Rape Gang Inquiry Report [33], which contains new findings and draws on the results of previous investigations.
Taken together, these investigations paint the following picture:
1. Scale and Duration
The crimes were committed over several decades, dating back to the 1950s, and have been identified in 11 counties and 149 local authority areas, effectively across the country from north to south.
2. Age of the Victims
The principal victims were girls between the ages of 4 and 15. Girls around the age of 11 were particularly vulnerable.
3. Scale and Severity of the Violence
According to the estimates cited in the report, at least 250,000 girls and young women became victims. Many were subjected repeatedly to sexual abuse, gang rape, beatings, abuse, and torture. They were forced to take drugs, engage in prostitution, and undergo abortions.
Some of the children, unable to cope with what they had endured, took their own lives. Survivors were left with trauma that would affect them for the rest of their lives.
The true number of victims is likely to be higher: far from all victims sought help, and not every report received proper registration and investigation.
4. Origin of the Perpetrators
The perpetrators were predominantly Muslim. Approximately 87% of those convicted in cases involving child sexual exploitation had Muslim names, despite Muslims accounting for approximately 6.5% of the population.
Since far from all perpetrators were arrested and convicted, the actual proportion of Muslims among them is close to 95%. This figure was cited by Oxford Muslim community imam Taj Hargey.
The overwhelming majority of the criminal gangs consisted of Pakistani Muslims, although smaller groups of Somalis, Iranians, Syrians, Turks, and other Muslims were also involved. One victim of the abuse stated that approximately 98% of the members of the criminal gangs were Pakistani Muslims.
5. Racial and Religious Factors
The sexual violence has a racial and religious dimension and is as part of jihad - a war against non-Muslims. This is supported by statements made by the perpetrators themselves. Their brutality toward the victims has been attributed to Islamic teachings according to which non-Muslim girls are regarded as inferior beings and therefore legitimate targets for abuse.
This view was also endorsed by Imam Hargey. Describing the activities of the Oxford rape gang, he stated:
"The vicious activities of the Oxford ring are bound up with religion and race: religion, because all the perpetrators, though they had different nationalities, were Muslim; and race, because they deliberately targeted vulnerable white girls, whom they appeared to regard as easy meat, to use one of their revealing, racist phrases.... In all these incidents - from Rochdale to Oxford, and Telford to Derby - the abusers were Muslim men, and their targets were under-age white girls." [34]
6. Organized Nature
The sexual violence is organized in nature. Criminal gangs are connected through an extensive, nationwide network operating on an industrial scale. The perpetrators transported victims between cities, passing them from one customer to another.
7. Official Inaction
Investigations have uncovered numerous cases in which the police, prosecutors, and local authorities, instead of combating the perpetrators, ignored and even destroyed evidence provided by their victims, while civilian activists who stood up to defend the children were intimidated and subjected to legal proceedings.
8. Rise in Recorded Rapes
The rapid increase in sexual violence committed by Muslims, against a backdrop of official inaction, has developed into a sustained trend. The number of rapes recorded by police in England and Wales rose from approximately 8,593 in 2000 to more than 70,000 in the year ending March 2025.
Lowe's report also examines the reasons why state institutions failed for many years to effectively confront this form of crime.
RACIAL LAWS ENCOURAGING MUSLIM CRIME
The chapter Islamophobia and Political Correctness in Lowe's report presents evidence that one of the main factors behind the rise in Muslim crime was a series of race-related laws. These laws created a legal framework in which words or actions directed at Muslims could be interpreted as "racial hatred" or Islamophobia and could become grounds for criminal prosecution.
Here are the laws in question and their main provisions:
• Race Relations Act 1965, enacted by Harold Wilson's Labour government. The Act criminalized incitement to racial hatred, providing for a maximum sentence of up to two years' imprisonment.
• Public Order Act 1986, Part III, sections 17-29 (Racial Hatred), enacted by Margaret Thatcher's Conservative government. The Act established criminal liability for words, written material, and conduct capable of stirring up racial hatred. The maximum penalty was up to seven years' imprisonment.
• Crime and Disorder Act 1998, enacted by Tony Blair's Labour government. Sections 28-32 introduced the concept of racially aggravated offences and provided for enhanced penalties, with maximum sentences of up to 14 years' imprisonment.
• The Macpherson Report (1999), which described the Metropolitan Police as "institutionally racist". Sir William Macpherson recommended that any incident "which is perceived to be racist by the victim or any other person" should be treated as racist. [35, 36] Such a broad definition of racism had a negative impact on the work of the police and social services, heightening staff concerns about taking actions that might be perceived as racist.
• Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006, Part III, sections 29B-29G, enacted by Gordon Brown's Labour government. The Act introduced criminal liability for stirring up religious hatred, with a maximum penalty of up to seven years' imprisonment.
• Equality Act 2010, enacted under Gordon Brown's government and brought into force under David Cameron's government. The Act expanded anti-discrimination legislation by establishing religion or belief as a protected characteristic alongside race. Combined with hate-crime legislation, it created a legal environment in which criticism of particular aspects of Islamic culture or crime within Muslim communities could be construed as "racial hatred" or "Islamophobia".
Racial and anti-discrimination legislation, on the one hand, increased the risk of prosecution for those seeking to speak about or combat Muslim crime, while on the other hand creating conditions in which criminal gangs could operate with impunity.
Moreover, these provisions contributed to the development of an entrenched practice in which the police, prosecutors, and courts were guided not so much by the facts and the law as by the ethnic and religious identities of those involved in an incident.
CONCLUSION: ETHNIC CLEANSING OF THE WHITE POPULATION IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
The facts presented above allow us to answer the questions raised at the beginning of this article.
1. Is the displacement of the white British population organized and systematic?
Answer: Yes.
The organized nature of the process is evident at two levels:
• At the grassroots level - through a network of organized ethnic criminal gangs operating across almost the entire country;
• At the highest level - through the actions of the establishment, which, by means of race-related legislation, has restricted the ability of the police and society to counter ethnic crime, thereby giving criminal groups greater freedom to operate.
The process is systematic: it has been continuing for at least the past 35 years and has developed into a sustained trend
2. Is the displacement of the white British population being carried out forcibly - through violence?
Answer: Yes.
The principal cause of this displacement is an extremely high level of Muslim violence, with white children being among its principal victims. Under these circumstances, white British families are forced either to leave cities where Muslim populations are concentrated or to forgo having children. As a result, the proportion of the white population is declining both in individual cities and across England and Wales as a whole.
3. Does the displacement of the white British population lead to an irreversible change in the ethnic composition of the region?
Answer: Yes.
Statistics from recent decades show a continuing decline in the proportion of white Britons alongside a simultaneous increase in the non-white population, both in individual cities and across England and Wales as a whole.
This process is becoming irreversible because the British establishment has no intention of restricting immigration or revising the legislation that contributes to the continuation of the current situation.
Thus, the answers to the questions posed above lead to the following conclusion:
The displacement of the white British population from cities and its declining share of the country's population, accompanied by the replacement of the white population by ethnic groups from Asia and Africa, corresponds to the accepted definition of ethnic cleansing carried out through indirect methods.
This process:
• is coercive - through mass sexual violence against children and women;
• is organized and systematic;
• leads to an irreversible change in the country's ethnic composition.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ETHNIC CLEANSING?
The final question that needs to be addressed is: who bears responsibility for the ethnic cleansing of the white British population?
A detailed answer can be found in the British historian Ioan Ratiu's seminal study, The Milner-Fabian Conspiracy (2012). [37]
Ratiu sets out the following hierarchy of forces that initiated and have been implementing three interconnected processes - immigration, multiculturalism, and Islamization - aimed at replacing the white population with ethnic groups from Asia and Africa:
1. The British ruling class - the interested party and principal.
2. The Fabian Society - the architect of the ideological framework;
3. Labour and Conservative governments - the implementers;
4. Muslim immigrants and their descendants - the direct agents.
Let us examine the first two levels of this hierarchy in greater detail.
