Real power prefers secrecy, which is ensured by two mechanisms:
• Two-circuit system of governance, where the outer circuit parties, parliaments, and governments serves as a protective screen, covering the inner circuit of real power;
• Mainstream media, which distract public attention from the groups in whose hands this power is concentrated.
However, throughout history, there have been those whose keen intellects have pierced the deceptive screens and cunning propaganda and brought to light those who attempt to direct the course of human history.
In the mid-20th century, such a person was Dr. Carroll Quigley, a historian who exposed the British ruling class's role in shaping the global world order.
At the end of the 20th century, Dr. Antony Sutton, an economist, took up the baton, revealing the subversive role of the US East Coast oligarchy, an ally of the British ruling class.
The historian Ioan Ratiu continued this tradition at the beginning of the 21st century.
